Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kansino.nl may organise bonus promotions from time to time at their own discretion. The conditions of each individual promotion are laid down in the specific bonus conditions. The bonus terms and conditions are made available to the player, who must expressly accept these before they may avail themselves of the bonus or promotion.

By accepting the terms and conditions of service, the player is also accepting the bonus terms and conditions which allows the player to claim bonuses and promotions once they fulfil the qualifying conditions as listed below.

Players can unsubscribe from bonuses at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. When unsubscribing from bonuses, the player will not be able to claim any available bonuses nor will they be informed via email or sms about promotions and bonuses available at any given time.

Only players aged 24 or older, residing in The Netherlands and with an active account on Kansino.nl can participate in bonus promotions. Players who, at the time of starting the Promotion, have reached their responsible gambling limits for the entire Promotion Period and/or have received an intervention regarding their playing behaviour, are excluded from participating in bonus promotions for specific time periods according to the applicable legislation.

After a self-exclusion has expired, the player will have a cool off period as specified within applicable legislation in which the player will not be eligible for any promotions. A player will also be subjected to a cooling off period if their activity poses responsible gambling concern or if they have been subjected to responsible gambling interventions. The cool off period shall vary from 30 days to 12 months depending on the severity of the intervention and the responsible gambling risk demonstrated by the player’s behavior.

When claiming a promotion, the player's cash balance is used first before the bonus balance may be used.

Unless otherwise stated, a player is only eligible to avail themselves of one bonus for each promotion, i.e. a maximum of one bonus is allowed per user, IP address, device, family, household, address and e-mail address.

In order to take part in a promotional offer, the player has to click 'Claim' to opt-in. By clicking 'Claim' the player indicates that they have read and accepted the specific terms and conditions related to the offer.

Players can only claim one promotion at a time. Once a player has played and lost the entirety of their bonus or fulfilled the wagering requirements, the player may then be eligible to claim another promotion.

Requesting a withdrawal before the active bonus funds are fully wagered will result in the forfeiture of said bonus and any winnings obtained using that bonus. An exception to this rule is any withdrawal automatically triggered by exceeding the maximum balance threshold. Due to, and to the extent of technical constraints, in case a player lowers their maximum balance threshold whilst having an active bonus on their account, the said bonus will be forfeited. Should a customer wish to adjust any maximum balance limits, they are advised to do so before claiming any bonuses.

Unless otherwise stated, any awarded and unused bonuses will expire 30 days from the day the bonus is claimed. All winnings obtained using bonuses that are not fully wagered within the specified expiration period will automatically be forfeited.

If a player wishes to forfeit a current bonus, they can do so by contacting our customer support either via live chat or via an email to [email protected]. When forfeiting a bonus, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings obtained from that bonus will be forfeited.

Kansino.nl retains the right to discontinue any promotions or bonuses. Likewise, kansino.nl retains the right to disqualify a player or group of players from receiving the bonuses in order to curb any illicit practices.

2. FREESPINS

Free spins can be offered as part of a deposit bonus, linked to making a deposit, or given as no-deposit free spins.

Unless stated otherwise, the default value of a free spin is always the minimum bet amount for the specific slot.

Free spins are always designated for a specific slot machine. This information is provided in the promotion details, such as in the “My Bonus” section, on the website under the “Promotions” section and designated Promotional page, and/or in communications to the players.

Players can only receive free spins once per promotion unless otherwise specified.

Free spin winnings could have wagering requirements assigned to them. This will be clearly specified in the individual free spin bonus terms and conditions. This means that any winnings generated through free spins may be classified as ‘bonus’ money until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. A withdrawal of the cash balance at a time when there is still bonus funds, or unused free spins on the account, will result in forfeiture of these funds.

Once claimed, free spins will be valid until 3 days after the promotion period ends, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.

3. BONUS WAGERING

All bonuses have a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be paid out. The wagering requirements are stated in each specific bonus terms and conditions. For example, if a player claims a Casino bonus with a wagering requirement of 30X. This means that the player has to wager the bonus amount thirty times over before the they can withdraw the bonus and any winnings that were won with the bonus funds.

A maximum of €5 per round will contribute to wagering contributions.

Not all games in Casino, Live Casino or Mobile Casino and app contribute to the bonus wagering requirements in the same proportion. Certain games will have a higher percent of contribution to wagering than others and some do not contribute at all. See the list of contributions below for each individual game type:

4. BONUS ABUSE

Bonuses are provided for recreation purposes. We have a zero tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, fraud, taking unfair advantage of the operator or other members and/or other suspicious activity. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to the following:

• failure to comply with the terms and conditions of bonuses, free spins or other promotional offers;
• attempting to open multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
• low margin betting, equal or opposite betting, zero risk bets or hedge betting (betting against your own bet);
• depleting a playable bonus balance to attempt to close a bonus, or waiting for a bonus to expire, after which collecting winnings from any unresolved game(s);
• increasing the balance and then significantly changing the game pattern to meet the betting requirements
• using a betting system and/or using the 'double-up' or gambling function to increase winning values
• using a bonus to place high risk wager(s) to reach a large playable balance in relation to an initial playable balance, followed by a series of low risk wagers to complete bonus wagering requirements;
• betting on games that are excluded or that contribute 0% to the wagering requirement
• betting on games with bonus money to build up value, lose the bonus and then cash out the built-up value with a secondary deposit.
• otherwise manipulating or circumventing the bonus conditions.

Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player has committed or attempted to commit bonus abuse, either alone or as part of a group, kansino.nl reserves the right to:

• forfeit and confiscate the bonus awarded to the relevant player and any winnings arising from that bonus;
• revoke, refuse or withdraw a bonus offer to the player;
• exclude the player from future promotional offers; and/or
• terminate the player's account with immediate effect.

5. WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals shall only be performed to the specified contra account held in the player's name once this is verified. Verification involves, but is not limited to, making a deposit with the account before the player is allowed to request a withdrawal to the same account. The only available withdrawal method is Trustly instant bank transfer.

Kansino.nl reserves the right to exclude players from bonuses without stating a reason.

Kansino.nl reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any of the promotions provided at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
