Account Balance
We will not be able to delete your account if your balance is not set to 0 (zero). Kindly make sure to withdraw any outstanding balance if you want to proceed with deleting your account.
Data Retention
Your relationship with Play North Ltd (“Play North”) will be terminated as soon as you delete the account, by clicking on the Live Chat button below. Kindly note that the retention of personal data such as name, contact details and transaction information associated with your account is lawful where it is necessary, examples of which include compliance with legal obligations or the exercise or defense of legal claims. By way of example under anti money laundering rules, Play North is required to keep the relevant data for 5 years after the date on which the business relationship ends (which time period may be extended if this is requested by the relevant local authorities); our rules necessitate that Play North retains records relating to a particular user in general for a period of 10 years after such person has ceased to be a user. Accordingly, this data will be retained with restricted access only available to authorized personnel. Play North is then obliged to delete this data upon the expiration of these periods. Reopening your Account
It is not possible to reopen your account with kansino.nl once it has been deleted.
